Visit to RSPB Pulborough Brooks

We’ve organised a guided morning visit to the RSPB reserve at Pulborough Brooks, just off the A283 west of Storrington. This will be on the morning of Wednesday 26 February and will be led by our local bird expert, Clive Hope. Meet outside the entrance hut at the opening time of 10am – admission and parking is free for RSPB members (please bring your membership cards) but there is an entrance fee of £4 per person for non-members and a small charge for parking as well.

There are facilities, shop and cafe on site, and we’d hope to see a good selection of the birds expected at this time of year, including the possibility of seeing one or more of the White-Tailed Eagles who bred last year in the area. Clive will guide us to the best locations and will be able to educate us on what we’re seeing, so bring your binoculars if you have any.
